ElastoWhitePU is ideal for waterproofing roofs, terraces, balconies, sunshades, and parapet walls. It can be applied to various substrates, including concrete, wood, and metal (with a special primer for the latter). The membrane is suitable for all roof pitches and provides excellent performance on both horizontal and inclined structures.

• Substrate Conditions: Concrete and cementitious substrates must be well-compacted, at least 28 days old, with a toweled finish. Wood panels or metal sheeting should be solidly fixed and cleaned, free from dust, rust, or oil residue.
• Coverage: Approximately 30 sq ft per kg for the first coat and 35 sq ft per kg for the second coat, achieving 300 microns DFT with two coats.
• Mechanical Protection:
  • Non-traffic Roofs: Use a fine mesh nylon sheet over insulation, covered with 15/30mm gauge washed gravel to a minimum thickness of 5cm or matching insulation thickness.
  • Traffic Roofs: Protect with prefabricated concrete slabs using 20x20 cm ROOFMATE wedges for leveling, or apply a 4-5 cm concrete screed over 'KRAFT' paper protection.

Exercise caution when handling ElastoWhitePU, as with all chemicals. Wear protective clothing such as gloves and goggles.

• Inhalation: Avoid inhaling vapor or mist. Symptoms include coughing, wheezing, laryngitis, shortness of breath, headache, nausea, and vomiting. If inhaled, move to fresh air, provide artificial respiration if needed, and seek emergency medical help.
• Eye Contact: Flush eyes with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
• Ingestion: May cause nausea, vomiting, and loss of consciousness. Do not induce vomiting; seek immediate medical help.
• Skin Contact: Flush with water or soap and water until all traces are removed. Seek medical attention if required.
